Aging Men in the Wild

It was time to get the band back together. Finally, a reunion ride!
Our first group rides were around Los Angeles, CA, consisting of all-day loops out on the Angeles Crest Highway, Angeles Forest Highway, Big Tujunga Canyon and Little Tujunga Canyon. That is, when we weren’t carving Malibu routes in the canyons that connect Mulholland Highway and the Pacific Coast Highway.
We’d also made epic treks north to see the Sequoia National Park, the Quail Motorcycle Gathering, and even Alaska. But now, Chris Day and Rod Perth both had second houses in Park City, UT. Josh Riddell had moved to Salt Lake City a couple of years earlier, and now his father, Roger Riddell, was living with him, too.
So, the votes were cast. We’d meet in Park City and head north. The planned route would take us into Idaho, through Jackson, WY, and into the Yellowstone National Park, before circling back.
