Review: 2024 MV Agusta Enduro Veloce
Every conversation about MV Agusta, the famed motorcycle company from Varese, Italy, sooner or later arrives at a “yes, but…” It might refer to spare parts’ availability, customer service, quality, or over-bred machines that have become increasingly extreme to fill high-priced premium niches.
In addition, the firm has had a checkered past with various partners and owners over the last two decades. Timur Sardarov, whose Russian family acquired 49% of MV Agusta through Comstar Energy Group in 2017 and became the sole owner in 2019, has also made many promises.
Now, the time seems to have come when things could really change for the better. KTM, part of the Pierer Mobility Group, acquired a majority stake in MV Augusta in March 2024 (earlier than originally planned) and Hubert Trunkenpolz is now the company’s CEO and chairman of the board.
