In the wake of the EICMA 2024 motorcycle show in Italy, Indian Motorcycle has unveiled its plans for the 2025 model year. America’s first motorcycle company’s lineup is set for a serious shakeup.

The Scout models have received an engine revamp, swapping over to an all-new powerplant. Meanwhile, the new Roadmaster Elite motorcycle offers exclusive, limited-edition luxury touring comfort.

The rest of the lineup hasn’t received mechanical upgrades, but they will be available in new dashing colorways. Let’s take a closer look at what 2025 brings for Indian fans.

Scout Sixty Lineup

Indian has rebranded its Scout models to Scout Sixty to coincide with their brand-new platform. The name stems from the completely redesigned SpeedPlus engine, with a displacement of 60 cubic inches—or 999cc.

Indian riders will notice that this new engine has a smaller replacement than the previous 1250cc Scout model line. That’s by design, as Indian wants to make the Scout Sixties more approachable to riders of all skill levels.

The Scout Sixty lineup features three models—the Scout Sixty Bobber, the Sport Scout Sixty, and Scout Sixty Classic. The Bobber is a stripped-down, blacked-out street monster with a 25.6-inch seat height, 16-inch wheels, and a slammed two-inch suspension.

As its name implies, the Sport Scout Sixty offers a sportier ride with a 19-inch front wheel, a different seat and handlebar for enhanced control, and a quarter fairing for some wind protection. The Scout Sixty Classic, for its part, leans into Indian’s long heritage, with chrome detailing, flared fenders, and a relaxed riding position.

Each model is available in Standard and Limited trims. The Standard trim features ABS, LED lights, new hand controls, and analog instruments. With the Limited trim, you get all that plus cruise control, ride modes, traction control, and exclusive badging.

The Scout Sixty lineup is compatible with the full Scout 1250cc accessory catalog, so you have plenty of options for customizing the ride. The accessories include touch screen displays, touring windshields, two-up seats, saddlebags, and more.

The Scout Sixty Bobber sells for $9,999, the Sport Scout Sixty for $11,499, and the Scout Sixty Classic for $11,999. The Standard trims for each come in Black Metallic, while the Limited trim adds a selection of model-specific colors.

2025 Indian Roadmaster Elite

The 2025 Indian Roadmaster Elite is an exclusive, up-spec model of the Roadmaster. And when we say exclusive, we mean it—only 300 units are available worldwide.

This souped-up motorcycle comes with a unique three-tone colorway, featuring Blue Candy, Black Candy, and Champion Gold details, with some silver sprinkled in. The metal parts feature glistening chrome to complete the look, and the bike boasts numbered Elite badging.

Indian has included an extensive electronics and audio package on the Elite. A seven-inch touch screen display features the company’s Ride Command tech, with Bluetooth connectivity, GPS navigation, three ride modes, and more. The PowerBand Audio with Bass Boost audio system blares your favorite tunes through 12 speakers installed throughout the motorcycle.

The two-up seat features heating and cooling, while floorboard and passenger arm rests increase long-distance riding comfort. A windshield with four inches of adjustability keeps the wind and bugs out of your face.

Other niceties include adaptive LED headlights, remote-locking saddlebags, and a tour trunk. The Roadmaster Elite is available now for $41,999.
