Royal Enfield ‘Build. Train. Race’ Returns for 2024
For the past four years, Royal Enfield’s Build. Train. Race (BTR) program has trained women riders for serious motorcycle racing. The program is now returning for its fifth road and flat track racing season.
The BTR program aims to introduce riding women into the moto racing community, no matter their skill level or background. As the program’s name implies, it’s split into three phases—Build, Train, and Race.
In the Build phase, each aspiring racer receives a stock Royal Enfield motorcycle that they can freely customize to a racing machine with help from Royal Enfield and its partners. The stock bike in the road racing series is the Continental GT 650, while flat track racers get their hands on an INT650.
With a race-ready bike, the riders enter the Train phase, where they will practice and hone their racing skills, instructed by Royal Enfield mentors. Finally, in the Race phase, they will compete for the title of national champion under MotoAmerica and Progressive American Flat Track leagues.
