North Carolina: Touring the Outer Banks on a Honda Trail 125
"I returned to Hwy 12 and continued southbound. I prefer the primitive to the developed, and I knew the good stuff awaited the farther south I ventured. The engine and I found ourselves in tune as the sights, sounds, smells, and revolutions per minute increased. I could already begin to taste those famous Eduardo's fish tacos in Ocracoke. The 37 miles to the next stop at my favorite coffee shop in Avon were otherworldly, thanks to the spectacular 2.7-mile Bonner Bridge and nature-rich Pea Island Wildlife Refuge." - Joshua Manning

Wyoming Backcountry Discovery Route: Through a Filmmaker's Lens
"What day is it? Doesn’t matter, for today's agenda is the same as yesterday—get some great footage and cover some ground. We head north through the sprawling plains, covering some distance through wide-open skies and sandy red rocks. After getting gas in Shoshoni, it’s a straight shot through Nowood River Canyon and on to our next destination. For a town that claims to have less than 300 residents, Ten Sleep is bustling. We drop our kickstands at Dirty Sally’s for a coffee and homemade ice cream. These moments, meeting the locals, supporting their shops, is why we do what we do." - Michael Bielecki

California: Going Out to Get Back In
"I found myself on long, narrow roads that reach to some far-off place, alone. The desert passed by, Joshua trees eclipsing the sun. The silence of solo travel in a barren landscape. Out here, it is the in-between that matters, with the destination being somewhat unimportant. Bands of two-lane asphalt that dip and bend to far-away points across the immense valley. They are the kinds of roads that will have you talking to yourself." - Jeff Buchanan

Northeast U.S.: Pilgrimage
"The farther east I head, the more I see the land. Between the bougie villages and hamlets of the Hamptons and beyond the over-the-top, Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous homes hidden by fences and high hedgerows, lie the last vestiges of the area’s agricultural and fishing roots. Flora is plentiful, the woods are thick with growth. It’s relaxed, easy cruising." - John M. Flores

Riding Michigan: With The Legend Jeff Stanton
“Sorry, sorry, sorry…” I heard in my helmet. I tightened my grip on the bike with my thighs and pain shot through my shoulder as the ride got bumpier. Thanks to the endorphin spike, or my unhealthy sense of humor, I chuckled about the situations I tend to find myself in.
This time, I was on the backseat of a motorcycle behind Jeff Stanton as he ran slightly wide onto the shoulder of the road while trying to adjust his navigation. No doubt it was due to the additional heft my less-than-slight self had added to the bike. And then, as If I weren’t on the bike at all, with one hand he rode through the soft, sandy shoulder for a few hundred yards before finding the perfect place to hop back onto the pavement." - Caleb McInturff

Photostory: Baja California, Mexico
"There are plenty of ways to explore Baja California, but most folks only have a few days to spend here and making the most of them is often more important than the miles you cover. This quick rip down into Baja has a little bit of everything for every kind of rider. Enjoy the winding roads outside of San Diego en route to the border crossing at Tecate. Soak up the burgeoning Baja wine country through the Valle de Guadalupe. Eat your way through Ensenada. Then, disappear down a dirt road along the Pacific Coast, concluding your trip on a sandy beach just south of San Quintin. No, it’s not a 1,000-mile ride all the way to La Paz, but it’s the Baja adventure you’ve been waiting for." - Justin W. Coffey

Maggie Valley, North Carolina Shamrock Tour
"It was chilly and a light mist hung in the air as we set off on our first route. Wearing only a mesh jacket, I quickly remembered that even though it was 80 degrees back home, the mountains are on their own weather schedule. Luckily, I had packed a rain jacket in the saddlebag of the Ducati Scrambler I was riding, which saved me from an uncomfortable 190 miles. With the fog hanging low and roads damp, we followed a route I would only attempt during the week in the off-season." - Marisa McInturff

Ozarks: Coffee, Cuisine, and Cruising
"Our next objective? Burgers. If you’ve ever done a search for things to do or places to see in the Ozarks, you’ve undoubtedly come across a photo of the iconic Oark General Store. Built in 1890, this is the oldest continuously operating store in Arkansas. From its hayday as a local general store and mercantile to a staple in the area for gasoline, supplies, famous pies, and burgers, this is a must-see destination that we couldn’t wait for.
Brandon had been here once before on his trip a few years back, but as misfortune would have it, he rode by on a Tuesday—the only day of the week this place is closed. I raved about the burgers since first tasting that sweet char and this time was no exception." - Michael Bielecki

Alvord Desert, Oregon: Blood, Sweat, and Gears
"It wasn’t the sound of a Honda Africa Twin booming across the Alvord Desert in 103 degrees that got our attention. Nor was it the cloud of dust rising from the long, sweeping powerslides its rider was performing. It was the abrupt stop. The absolute silence. When the dust cleared, Rick was lying face down and he was not moving. The rear wheel of the Africa Twin spun slowly to a stop. All seven of us dropped our popsicles in the dust and ran to his aid." - Ray Roske

Colorado & Utah: Red Rocks & Dinosaur Tracks
"Damon and Ryan took off climbing the seemingly too-steep rocks with ease before coming back down and baking in little jumps where I thought doing so would be impossible. Then, one after another, it was our turn. All I thought to myself was, “Don’t stall it,” on the way up. It was a silly thing to worry about, because the T7 is extremely difficult to stall. Once at the top, my heart was pounding.
I felt at ease seeing that there was no sheer dropoff, so I circled around and went back down to do my own little bunny hop. Ryan went up again, wheelie-ing up half that steep rock. Huh, I didn’t think that was possible." - Florian Neuhauser
