Husqvarna Releases Limited Heritage Editions
Husqvarna has dropped a welcome surprise on the riding world. The company recently announced a limited-availability Heritage lineup of select bikes, including its FE/TE dual sport motorcycles.
All the bikes have received a new appearance that immediately lets you know that these are, indeed, Heritage machines. The distinctive white bodywork, with yellow-and-blue graphics, a blue seat, and black anodized EXCEL rims, harkens back to the brand’s Swedish roots
The motorcycles also each feature a two-piece carbon fiber composite subframe that weighs only slightly more than two pounds. Additionally, the bikes boast WP Xplor front forks and WP Xact rear shocks. The light construction, together with the suspension, awards the bikes great handling and rider comfort.
For enhanced control, the FE/TE motorcycles come with the same advanced linkage progression as the Husqvarna motocross range. Their Pankl Racing Systems six-speed gearboxes have enduro-specific ratios to keep up the speed and controllability.
The four-stroke models — FE 250 Heritage and FE 350 Heritage — feature traction control and two electronic fuel injection (EFI) maps. Meanwhile, the two-strokes — TE 250 Heritage and TE 300 Heritage — have two selectable ignition curves and automatic fueling adjustment.
Husqvarna also offers the bikes an extended list of technical accessories that allow riders to customize engine performance, handling, and durability. These components include, among others, triple clamps, wheelsets, exhaust systems, sprockets, and protective parts.
To ensure the riders match their bikes, Husqvarna has released some new apparel that complements the motorcycles’ appearance. A premium Moto-10 Spherical Railed Helmet and Origin Jersey match the Heritage machines’ Swedish style.
The Heritage FE/TE lineup is now available in limited numbers at authorized Husqvarna dealers.
