So, it’s best to start moving ahead with that summer road trip you’ve always wanted to do. Whether you want to go riding with your buddies or just have a leisurely car trip with your family, the best time to book accommodations is now.

You should also keep an eye out for good offers that can help you save some money on your hotel room. For example, Booking.com is offering Getaway Deals to shave a bit off the price of your accommodations.

Booking.com Getaway Deals

The Getaway Deals apply to bookings with check-in from April 4 and check-out on or before September 28. Participating hotels and other properties offer 15% discounts at minimum on bookings for the campaign period.

As these things usually go, though, there are a few caveats.

The Getaway Deals apply only to the cost of the room at specific participating properties, excluding any additional fees and taxes. The discount can’t be used with any other promotion, and room rates labeled “Partner Offer” are excluded from the campaign.

Getaway Deal accommodations are subject to availability—in other words, they’re first come, first served. You should probably start planning your trip if you want to save a bit of cash on your hotel room.

But hey—should the room you wanted happen to be sold out, it’s just a perfect excuse to try camping in a tent!
